  1. For our client, a leading marketing platform based on Machine Learning, we are looking for a passionate, experienced Head of Sales to join and grow the German sales team from Berlin.
  2. This is an opportunity for a standout individual and experienced sales professional to help create the future rules of the mobile advertising industry. Location is Berlin. You will be in charge of sales strategy and implementation for the German market, including prospecting potential clients, contact and closing them, as well as hiring and managing a sales team. Salary range: 70k annual + commission. Start date: ASAP.


  • At least 3 years sales/ business development experience ideally in the mobile / app industry. You have lots of contacts and a strong network.
  • At least 1 year leadership experience and the required skillsets to manage, motivate and develop a team
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Degree level education with a business or technical focus, preferably with a sales context
  • Perfect German skills (native or near native speaker level) and business fluent English
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  • Data-driven and result-oriented
