In May 2009, Caissa Ltd started with the vision to fill a gap in the market for a professional mid level contingency staffing solutions provider with the service ethos of an executive search firm. The majority of our experienced consultants worked at businesses that were more interested in making large one off fees than establishing lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with clients. This was (and still is) at odds with our belief that headhunting is a relationship driven business and that if we have a client now, they should continue to be our client in 3, 5 and 10 years time. We believe that this provides stability for us and real value for our clients who benefit from the understanding of their business, company culture and other nuances, which we gain over time. As the company has grown in strength and ever more clients wish to expand their co-operation with us we are now looking to strengthen our London based team with a Search Associate.

Profile:

As a Search Associate, it will be your job to support the Consultants and Client Managers with tasks such as candidate name gathering, interviewing, candidate management, database maintenance and ensuring quality assurance compliance. You will be dealing with permanent placements and finding suitable candidates at a range of different levels throughout Europe and Asia (sometimes even further afield). Typically, you'll be carrying out the following duties:
  • Sourcing and selecting candidates
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Preparing candidates for interviews
  • Networking and advertising to potential candidates
  • Identifying skills to match appropriately with vacancies
  • Negotiating contracts with candidates
  • Dealing with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc
It is up to you to find the right applicants for each position, and that means screening lots of potential candidates before recruiting them. You'll be liaising with a whole range of people at different career levels and obtaining as much tangible information as possible to ensure the perfect match. To join Caissa you must:

We are also particularly interested in candidates with:
  • a university degree
  • minimum of 1 foreign language (2 or more are even better)
  • experienced in international travel
  • good sense for cultural differences
Experience is a great advantage, as with most jobs, but we are happy to take on board fresh graduates with the right attitude who we can train. We have in-house training programs to give you the skills you need to progress on your career path.
