Profile:

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele specifically within our technology recruitment niches. You will be the company’s spokesperson and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

Your goal will be to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

What you will do
- Business development
- Establish a strong long-term relationship with new and existing partners
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s services addressing and—where possible—predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines - Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople


Your profile
You are a deal maker. You have the ambition and creativity to find new ways of generating business. You are proactive, creative, persuasive and you love talking to people about their business, finding ways to help them grow.

You understand what makes our customers happy and often provide guidance and insight to help them get there. You have a consultative approach, can think quick on your feet and are a real problem solver.

You are comfortable in following areas:
- You know how to build rapport
- You have understanding of the workflow of tech companies and love learning about the latest innovations
- You have proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role with a sales track record
- You have excellent time-management and planning skills
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
- Experience in customer support and/or customer success is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Bullhorn)
- Proficiency in English, German is a plus
