Currently, we are a team of 10 colleagues from 9 countries, united by our fascination with technology and a set of shared values. As we are growing fast, we need your help to further expand our network of hiring partners within the Berlin tech market as a Business Development Consultant.
This job combines a lot of sales and business development, some consultancy and events planning. Your main goal will be to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
What you will do
→ Through research and networking, constantly seek and identify new business opportunities.
→ Expand our clientele specifically within our technology recruitment niches.
→ Establish strong and strategic long-term relationships with our new business partners.
→ Create and deliver against a successful Client Development Strategy which addresses and predicts our clients’ employment challenges and needs.
→ Work in collaboration with the Account and Talent teams on meeting the company’s business and financial targets.
→ Together with Marketing, design new client engagement strategies which are based upon the client needs and market demands.
→ Be a spokesperson and brand ambassador for Caissa through constant networking (both online and offline) and content creation.
→ Take an active part in defining the company’s direction and improving the way we work.
You are a deal maker. You have the ambition and creativity to find new ways of generating business. You are proactive, creative, persuasive and you love talking to people about their business, finding ways to help them grow.
You understand what makes our customers happy and often provide guidance and insight to help them get there. You have a consultative approach, can think quick on your feet and are a real problem solver.
→ Previous experience in Sales within the HR industry is a must. Proven sales track record;
→ Previous experience in the Recruitment field is a big plus;
→ Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
→ Ability to build rapport at the executive level;
→ Strong administration and organizational skills;
→ Passion for technology, engineering, online media, and digital businesses is a plus;
→ Personable, presentable, articulate and fluent in English. German a plus;
→ Computer proficient. Technology curious;
Any of the following would be a bonus:
→ International exposure / experience;
→ Good understanding of cultural differences.
