Our client is a global leader in consumer-facing logistics solutions, serving users in over 15 countries under various group brands. We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Associate Director of Product Management to enhance existing and create innovative merchant shipping solutions that set new industry standards.

Role Overview:

As the Associate Director of Product Management, you will be instrumental in shaping the strategy and building a top-tier team to deliver an exceptional delivery experience for our users. Your responsibilities will extend to establishing the framework for a global application platform and ensuring high-quality, locally relevant solutions. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely, with periodic travel to core locations (approximately once every 4-6 weeks).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine a shared vision for our group's consumer experience, particularly focusing on IoT and embedded systems.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders within the organization to define and align business objectives and product strategies.
  • Create and maintain a roadmap for our consumer platform and applications, providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
  • Lead the organization in defining and executing outcomes, using quarterly OKRs at both domain and team levels.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of product managers, product owners, and designers.
  • Implement processes for experimentation, product discovery, and user research, integrating them into the product development lifecycle.
  • Foster a data-driven culture, measuring the business impact of initiatives and effectively communicating results to stakeholders.
  • Play a pivotal role in shaping the group's overall product strategy, enhancing existing models, and driving innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in product management, business analysis, and technology implementation, with a proven track record of reaching and exceeding 2 million users. Experience in B2C, B2B2C, and C2C markets is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end product development, from initial vision to deployment and ongoing optimization, including integration expertise.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to build and lead teams and establish product management best practices in a scaling organization.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with a history of data-informed decision-making in product management.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with a customer-centric approach to innovation.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with senior management, customers, technical teams, vendors, and the product team.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritize tasks, and handle stakeholder expectations.
  • Experience working across diverse geographies and cultures, with a deep understanding of business strategy and metrics.
