Description

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer (Kotlin is a big plus!) to work with our client, who is responsible for connecting energy markets and facilitating the Green Transition.
Our client is Europe’s leading platform for gas movement, connecting over 3,000 energy players in 20 markets.

Your role: 

  • Create, maintain and operate end-to-end services that interact with their platform;
  • Influence Analysis, Architecture, Deployment, Monitoring, Security and every other aspect of the software lifecycle;
  • Care for Quality - learn, explore and experiment;
  • Work with modern tools and architectural patterns like AWS and Event Sourcing;
  • Work in a dynamic, agile environment on cross-functional teams;
  • Analyse and rebuild their existing platform;
  • Develop innovative and scaling solutions based on business challenges.

Your profile: 

  • 4+ years of Java/Kotlin design and development experience, preferably in a web-service environment;
  • Strong AWS experience: designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-based environments;
  • Platform architecture delivery experience is required (microservices);
  • Solid with relational database technologies and ideally NoSQL;
  • Fluency in English is required.
