We at Caissa would like to invite you to take our annual survey.
Tell us about your experience with recruiters in Berlin and what your hiring process with Berlin's tech companies was like.
The findings will both help to ensure a smooth recruitment experience for you, as well as help Berlin-based companies to improve their hiring practices.
To make the survey a bit more fun, we are having the following:
1) A raffle
- one respondent who will get a Google Home or Amazon Echo (whichever you choose)
- and two more respondents who will get a €25 Amazon voucher.
To participate in the drawing, just leave us your name and email at the end of the survey.
We’ll pick our winners once the survey is closed (June 10th, 23:59).
2) Career Q&A sessions
Also, we’ll offer career Q&A (or counselling) sessions to 10 participants who sign up at the end of this form.
It will be a 1-on-1 conversation with one of our Tech Recruiters about job search-related topics (CV, job interviews, hiring companies and their expectations, salaries, a typical recruitment process, etc.).
The findings of this survey will be published on our Blog between July and October. We’ll also send email notifications to everyone who’s opted in at the end of this form.

By submitting information when filling out the survey, you are giving your consent to us (Caissa Europe GmbH) to process this information. We will generalise it and publish the results without revealing any details of individual respondents.
We will not share any personal details with any third party. If you choose to leave us your email at the end of the survey, we will use it solely to contact you in case you are selected as a winner and/or to send you the survey results (if you selected this option) and/or contact you regarding a counselling session (if you opted for one).
All personal information (emails, names etc.) will be deleted from this Google form and by us internally 30 days after the survey has ended.
