Account Manager


We are Caissa Global, a boutique tech recruitment agency. We have been challenging the status quo of technology recruitment since 2009. We are committed to building a long-term relationship with companies who innovate in areas such as FinTech, AdTech, Travel, eCommerce, Health & Fitness, Food Delivery, IoT, Machine Learning and more.

Currently, we are a team of 10 colleagues from 9 countries, united by our fascination with technology and a set of shared values. As we are growing fast, we need your help as an Account Manager to further create long-term and trusting relationships with our customers in Berlin.

In this role, you will be able to contribute to the strategic direction of our business by helping our clients hire qualified candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will be expected to work with both internal and external stakeholders to identify and maximize business opportunities and leverage commercial relationships across major key accounts.


Your tasks


– Manage and develop the company's collaboration with active and passive client accounts

– Take ownership of each client relationship across multiple points of contact and provide a result-focused and positive client experience

– Consult existing clients on how to improve tech talent attraction, selection, and onboarding while providing them with first-hand market insights

– Actively promote relevant Caissa candidates and additional services to active and passive client accounts

– Conduct regular and timely client meetings and progress reviews

– Ensure quality of job briefs and delivery of candidates in line with client requirements and deadlines

– Partner with Technology Recruiters and Hiring Managers to proactively support them in identifying and fulfilling their recruitment goals

– Negotiate contracts and close agreements to ensure business growth

– Hit KPIs consistently on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis



Our requirements


– Proven work experience as an Account Manager within the HR industry is a must

– Previous experience in the Recruitment field is a big plus

– Excellent communication and negotiation skills

– Ability to build rapport at the executive level

– Strong administration and organizational skills

– Passion for technology, engineering, online media, and digital businesses is a plus

– Personable, presentable, articulate and fluent in English. German a plus

– Computer proficient. Technology curious
